Andrew qualified as a counsellor in 2016 and is a full member of the BACP. He holds a post graduate diploma in counselling and psychotherapy from the University of Salford.
Andrew’s interest in GriefChat came from wanting to support people who have been bereaved and to help break down the taboo around death. When not working with GriefChat, Andrew runs his own private practice dealing with a very wide range of client issues, running workshops and webinars to raise awareness of mental health issues, and working with charity for offenders.
Outside of counselling, Andrew enjoys running (not that you’d guess to look at him), playing bass guitar, reading, and spending time with his two cats Bruce and Raymond.
