Sarah has a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy. She has received bereavement training in both human and animal loss through three charities, and worked at Liverpool Bereavement Service for two years. Sarah is also an accredited member of the Foundation for Infant Loss. Alongside her work for GriefChat, she is employed as an NHS staff counsellor.
With a first degree in languages, Sarah enjoys writing, and has had articles published in Bereavement Care journal. She also writes and edits materials for an online business supporting students of counselling and psychotherapy, and has written a book on tackling NHS jargon.
