GriefChat Service Manager
Sarah Hill has worked within the voluntary, public and education sectors for 18 years in a wide variety of organisations ranging from household name helplines to the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, and joined Professional Help in 2016. She originally trained as a secondary school music teacher before moving into adult education and working within the helplines sector, and now focusses on developing and delivering training and support for bereavement-focussed organisations. Sarah has particular expertise in how to support families after the death of a baby, and is passionate about how bereavement support can make a huge difference to people’s lives.
Sarah manages our ground-breaking GriefChat® service and is a real expert in online support and chat systems.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys life with her partner in sunny Surrey and is involved in the theatre, music and in particular cooking. She once made an appearance on MasterChef!
